Today I decided to bake Tanya Burr's Triple Chocolate Cookies, as was in need of serious chocolate fix! You can find this recipe in the Love Tanya book (pge 213) or on Tanya Burr's blog, although I will post the recipe below. You will need: 200g butter. 300g caster sugar. 1 large egg. 275g self-raising flour.
